Registration

Note: Pre-registration is preferred (below); we also accept in-person registration up to 15 minutes prior at the event location if spots are still available. 

Step 1: Register for the event with the Google Form below; you can also register at the door. If accommodations are needed, we recommend you to email us 24 hours prior for more information. 

Step 2: Fill out the Liability and Photo Release Waiver below and email it to bravaarteca@gmail.com along with the event and the full name of the participant. 

If you have previously attended a BravaArte event, you do not need to sign and email both forms again unless you have contacted us about invalidating a previous waiver.  All waivers will remain in effect unless we are noticed.

Step 2: Please email the two completed documents below, with the participant's full name, to bravaarteca@gmail.com and your registration will be complete!
